Do you enjoy connecting with others? Do you possess strong communication skills and a persuasive nature, combined with a keen ear for listening? As a Recruiter, you will build your own talent pool and match candidates to suitable assignments. Experience is not required; we would be happy to teach you the ropes.
You will work from our headquarters in Apeldoorn, where you will be part of a close-knit and ambitious team. You will also regularly travel throughout the Netherlands to visit clients, strengthen relationships, and gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs.
- Conducting interviews;
- Screening CVs;
- Drafting job descriptions;
- Maintaining records.
- A salary commensurate with your work experience;
- 24 vacation days and 6.5 employer-allocated days based on a 40-hour workweek;

- Vocational or bachelor's level of working and thinking;
- Fluent in English and Romanian (Dutch is an asset);
