De rol vereist minimaal MBO 4 niveau, 2 jaar helpdeskervaring en technische vaardigheden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van storingen en het verhogen van klanttevredenheid. Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels is vereist, en kennis van koelmiddelen is een pré.
