Spits BV zoekt een Supervisor Operations die leiding geeft aan een deel van onze productie en optrekt met een team van 25–35 medewerkers per shift. Je rapporteert aan de Operations Manager en werkt nauw samen met HR en QA om veilige, efficiënte medicatieverpakkingen te waarborgen.
De rol vereist HBO-niveau, minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Fiscale voordelen en cao-apotheken komen van toepassing; 2-ploegendienst en reiskostenvergoeding zijn onderdeel
