Marketing Operations and Digital Specialist

We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations & Digital Specialist to support our Netherlands and Denmark markets. In this role, you will be based at our Dutch headquarters in Apeldoorn and play a key role in enabling scalable, data-driven marketing across both regions.

You will be part of the Dutch and Danish marketing team, consisting of two Growth Marketing Specialists and a Marketing Manager, to whom you will report directly. In addition, you will work closely with Marketing Operations and Digital Specialists located in Germany, the UK and at our global headquarters in Toronto, ensuring strong alignment with global processes, tools and strategies.

• Support the build and execution of end-to-end campaign processes across all marketing channels in the Netherlands and Denmark.
• Maintain and enhance marketing workflows and automation, ensuring standardisation, scalability and efficiency.
• Support campaign planning and execution by ensuring systems, processes and data flows operate seamlessly.
• Maintain clean, accurate marketing data and ensure all integrations function correctly.
• Oversee data quality checks, audience segmentation accuracy and lead-routing workflows.
• Manage lead import processes and workflow management to ensure efficient distribution to SDRs and commercial teams.
• Partner with global Marketing Operations teams to ensure local systems align with the global Mar Tech architecture.
• Identify gaps in processes, workflows, technology or data and provide clear recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track marketing performance in the Netherlands and Denmark.
• Analyse multi-channel campaign results, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with Growth Marketing and Paid Media colleagues to support digital campaign optimisation where needed.

• Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Hub Spot, Marketo, Salesforce). Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Experience working with complex data flows, integrations and reporting environments.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, self‑starting mindset with the ability to adapt and act with urgency.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch, and strong proficiency in English (both are required for this role).
• Available for at least 36 hours per week.
