We are Wereldwinkel Wageningen “De Uitbuyt”. We sell gifts from all kinds of cultures and fair food products.

You enjoy selling products to customers. You feel like working in our store. First together with a colleague to get you started, later possibly independently. You enjoy paying for gifts for customers and you wrap them nicely for them, with pleasure. You also clear orders, replenish supplies, price products, keep the store tidy and do other odd jobs. You speak and read Dutch and a little English is useful.

It is nice if you can come a fixed part of the day during the week. (For the time being, the store is still closed on Thursdays, but with more volunteers we can also open on Thursdays again.)

You are friendly, representative and businesslike. You are available one day a week. You speak and understand reasonable Dutch.

The atmosphere in our shop is relaxed and we have time for a chat with the customer. We notice that people consciously come to us to buy a gift. They know that they are helping the maker of the product. The employees of the Wereldwinkel are volunteers. We are a small, friendly team. We are ready for expansion. Together we decide how we run the shop.

In addition to sales, there are other tasks that we have divided among ourselves, according to everyone's talents and skills.

9:30 to 13:30 or 13:30 to 18:30 (on Saturdays until 17:30)
