Shop coordinator and core team member

An enthusiastic shop coordinator for our Charity Recycling Shop in Apeldoorn, who can also support the board as a Core team member.

As a core team member and store coordinator, you are a pivot within the team of more than 35 volunteers. In addition, you act as a link between Terre des Hommes Netherlands and the local volunteer team. Your focus is on one or more of the following activities:

• Shop interior
• Administration and schedules
• Warehouse management
• Contribute to the development, organization and implementation of events

• Likes working in a shop, combined with behind the scenes work.
• Someone who maintains contacts with external stakeholders (including shopkeepers association), co‑coordinators other shops Terre des Hommes.
• Likes to interact with different people.
• Is careful.
• Endorses the objective of Terre des Hommes and the organisation.
