Bax Music zoekt een telefonische winkelmedewerker voor onze winkel in Apeldoorn. Je beantwoordt telefoongesprekken over bestellingen, openingstijden en productdemonstraties, en schakelt bij waar nodig naar de juiste collega in de winkel.
Daarnaast help je mee aan de algemene klantenservice, beantwoordt vragen over leveringen en producten en draag je bij aan snelle, efficiënte service. Flexibiliteit voor weekend- en koopavonddiensten wordt verwacht.
