Overview
The Buurtcoöperatie Apeldoorn‑Zuid runs a training company that places students from Hoornbeeck College and ROC Aventus at local residents’ homes. The internship supervisor supports students during their volunteer internships at the homes of residents in the Zuid‑Doet‑Samen district.
Responsibilities- Supervise a group of students from the Hoornbeeck College who participate in the Services or Helping Care & Welfare training course.
- Guide students during their internships at residents’ homes on Wednesdays.
- Provide consultation and coordination with colleagues and local residents on Wednesday mornings.
- Ensure students adhere to the internship schedule and learning objectives.
- Experience in healthcare or a related field.
- Previous experience supervising students or volunteers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability on Wednesdays from approximately 1:15 pm to 2:15 pm, as well as on Wednesday mornings for meetings.
- A supportive and pleasant team environment.
- A flexible volunteer role with a maximum of 5 hours per week.
