Riwis in Apeldoorn zoekt een ambulant Begeleider B om cliënten te ondersteunen in hun eigen leefomgeving. Je werkt vanuit een herstelgerichte visie en kijkt samen met cliënten naar hun mogelijkheden. Creativiteit en maatwerk zijn essentieel in deze rol.
Je begeleidt (jong) volwassenen met diverse hulpvragen en bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen caseload. Binnen het ambulante team werk je samen met collega’s en lever je zorg op maat, dicht bij de cliënt.
