Jouw rol omvat het bieden van praktische begeleiding en samenwerking met zorgprofessionals. Idealiter heb je een HBO-diploma in de sociale zorg of psychologie en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Wij bieden een stabiele omgeving waarin cliënten zich veilig voelen.
