• Assist in sourcing and procuring quality goods at reasonable prices.
• Ensure timely product delivery to support sales team and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Assist in the development of annual purchasing plans and budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and effectively resolve any issues that arise.

• Demonstrated knowledge of business, supply chain management or a related field.
• Knowledge of stock replenishment routines.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other purchasing software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Action‑oriented, enjoys working hard, full of energy for challenging tasks.
• Negotiation skill: can negotiate in tough situations with internal and external groups, settle differences with minimum noise.
• Collaborative team player with humility, listening skills, ability to work across functions.
• Grit and determination: initiative, persistence, resilience, courage.
