Superintendent, Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead construction projects for Terrahawk Civil Contractors in Apex, NC
. The successful candidate will oversee staff, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Supervise project staff and subcontractors, providing constructive feedback.
• Plan construction processes, implement safety and quality guidelines, and perform quality inspections.
• Estimate costs, monitor project budgets, and ensure projects stay on budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and local authorities to determine project needs and obtain permits.
• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies, keeping the job site safe, clean, and orderly.
• Maintain positive relations with general public, engineers, architects, inspectors, and customers to promote a positive company image.
• Drive company vehicles to project sites and maintain equipment and materials inventory.
  
  Perform additional duties as required or directed by executive management.

• Annual salary: $–$
• Full-time position;
  Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; long hours and occasional weekend work required.
• Local travel during the business day; some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required.
