Wastewater Superintendent

As a Water/Wastewater Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of water and wastewater construction projects efficiently and on schedule. You will be a crucial part of day to day management of project job sites, including scheduling, quality control, safety management, and ensuring that projects meet quality and safety standards.

• Supervise construction of water/wastewater infrastructure projects
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities of subcontractors and field personnel
• Work closely with engineers, inspectors, and project managers to resolve issues and stay on schedule
• Ensure compliance with project specs, safety regulations, and environmental standards and maintain accurate records of relevant data
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce job site safety protocols
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in water/wastewater construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years
• Strong understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure systems, including treatment plants, pipelines, and distribution networks
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
