Customer Experience Specialist (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a smart, organized, people-loving Customer Experience Specialist to be the first impression for our customers and a crucial part of our growing team.
You’ll answer calls, schedule service visits, support our electricians, and most importantly, make sure every customer walks away smiling.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the friendly, professional voice answering calls, emails, and messages
  • Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with our field team
  • Follow up after jobs to ensure 5-star satisfaction
  • Help implement customer service improvements and office systems
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine the customer journey
  • Maintain accurate records and communications
  • Represent Astro Watt’s values and commitment to excellence every day

What You’ll Need
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid NC driver’s license + clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a home services office (electric, plumbing, HVAC) is a plus
