Astro Watt Electric is on a mission to be the Triangle’s most trusted residential electrical company, and that starts with a great customer experience. We’re looking for a smart, organized, people-loving Customer Experience Specialist to be the first impression for our customers and a crucial part of our growing team.
You’ll answer calls, schedule service visits, support our electricians, and most importantly, make sure every customer walks away smiling.

- Be the friendly, professional voice answering calls, emails, and messages
- Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with our field team
- Follow up after jobs to ensure 5-star satisfaction
- Help implement customer service improvements and office systems
- Collaborate with leadership to refine the customer journey
- Maintain accurate records and communications
- Represent Astro Watt’s values and commitment to excellence every day
- Thrive in a fast-moving, detail-heavy environment
- Enjoy solving problems and helping people
- Communicate clearly and kindly, both on the phone and via email
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling or CRM tools
- Take initiative and look for ways to improve systems
- Have a positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid NC driver’s license + clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a home services office (electric, plumbing, HVAC) is a plus
