Leasing Consultant – Beaver Creek Apartments & Townhomes - Apex, NC (254 Units)

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join the team at Beaver Creek Apartments & Townhomes.

• Welcome prospective residents, give tours, and guide them through the leasing process
• Build strong relationships and support a positive resident experience
• Assist with marketing, outreach, and resident events
• Process applications, prepare leases, and maintain unit availability
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and text
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and follow up on resident needs

• Customer service or sales experience (leasing experience a plus)
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation
• Organized, dependable, able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
  
  Availability for rotating weekends
• Bilingual skills a plus
