• Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
• Manage project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and interior designers for seamless project execution.
• Implement business development strategies to expand client relationships and secure new projects.
• Utilize tools like Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
• Forecast and organize project team for design, development, production and project document delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client.
• Successfully execute projects by following Page’s and Owner’s protocols and procedures in order to reach the best solution.
• Develop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships.
• Understand budget, code and jurisdictional requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project team.
• Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals.

• 10+ years’ experience.
• Degree in engineering, architecture or related field.
• Experience with all multiple project sizes, with concentration on large projects.
• Skilled in architecture and detailing skills as well as proficient in construction administrative processes.
• Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants.
• Confident with public speaking and networking.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Available for occasional travel within the US.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up.
