At The Learning Experience, We have designed a curriculum around the six stages of development and built a foundation for all kids to learn, play, and grow in our state-of-the-art facilities under the care of nurturing teachers and staff.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative, and positive Preschool Teacher to join our team. Our hours of operation are from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. 8-hour shifts. We are looking to hire a full-time Teacher for our center. In this position, you will be working with children from 1 year of age to 2 years old.
In this Preschool Teacher position, you will be responsible for:
- Working with children on art, sign language, helping them express themselves, leading story time, etc.
- Be positive, energetic, and upbeat with the children as you guide them through the day.
- Providing feedback to the parents about their child's day.
- Being a creative teacher, who enjoys working with young children!
Preschool Teacher Skills, Education, and
Experience:
- Previous experience teaching and working with children in any setting
- A great personality
- Good work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferred Two- year degree (in a child related field) or higher/ Has EDU 119
- Preferred CPR & First Aid Certification
- Preferred ITS/SIDS Training Certification
- Able to interact with Students of all ages and development levels.
- Credentials I & II, or CDA preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.50 - $17.00 per hour

Our preschool center will be practicing all the health care tool kit guidelines according to the state of NC.

- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
Bonus
- Staff will receive a bonus for 250 for a completion of 90 exact days of employment
