Math Teacher

Thales Academy Apex is hiring a Math Teacher for the 25-26 academic year.

This teaching position will include Course 3, Geometry, Algebra II, and one elective course.

• Implement the approved curriculum, providing proper pacing guides, lesson plans, and assessments for assigned courses.
• Work closely with teammates to develop teaching skills.
• Participate in productive discussions including team planning meetings and sharing curriculum and instructional expertise.
• Engage in offered professional development opportunities.
• Act in a professional manner in verbal and nonverbal communications while following established guidelines.
• Promote communication between parents, community members and teammates, and work to establish and maintain home‑school connections.
• Assist in providing opportunities for parental/guardian involvement within the school.

• A passion for teaching.
• Experience teaching Junior High/High School Math.
