Senior Civil Site Engineer – Florida

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Site Engineer to lead design and field coordination for land development and infrastructure projects across Florida. This role is ideal for a strong technical engineer who can manage projects, guide junior staff, and collaborate directly with clients, contractors, and permitting agencies.

• Lead civil/site design for commercial, residential, and municipal projects.
• Prepare and review site plans, grading, drainage, stormwater systems, utilities, and roadway layouts.
• Oversee permitting submissions with local, state, and environmental agencies.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate with contractors, and resolve field issues.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide QA/QC on design deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PE preferred; EIT + relevant experience considered).
• 6–10+ years of civil/site development experience in Florida.
• Expertise with AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of Florida codes, drainage criteria, and permitting processes (FDOT, DEP, Water Management Districts).
