• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in‑home and community‑based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress effectively.

• Competitive Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour.

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear Level‑Two background check and verifiable references.

Apex, NC (Relocation required).
