Job Overview: The PCA provides personal care to a client in Apex, NC, assisting with daily activities and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities include feeding, patient turning, ROM, lifting/transferring, and health monitoring.
Responsibilities- Feeding – food preparation and assistance.
- Turning clients every two hours (bedridden).
- ROM, lifting, and transferring patients into beds or wheelchairs.
- Examining patients for bruises, blood in urine, or other injuries/wounds.
- 18 years old or older.
- Current TB screen (PPD) valid.
- Pass drug screening.
- Reliable transportation.
- 1 year of vital signs experience.
- 1 year of caregiving experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Pay: $13.00 per hour.
Schedule: Day shift, Holidays, Monday to Saturday.
