Apex, NC (Hybrid remote/clinic)

Full‑time (Mon‑Fri, 40 hr/week)

• Review patients’ medical history
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the State of North Carolina (required)
• CPR and first‑aid certification (required)
