Calyx Living is actively seeking an energetic and experienced Resident Care Coordinator with great organizational skills for our brand‑new assisted living community,
Calyx Living of Apex
, opening in early 2026! We are located in beautiful Apex, just off I‑540 at Hwy 64.
The Resident Care Coordinator will coordinate resident care needs and staffing, including maintaining the schedule, updating coordination tools such as physician appointment and pharmacy logs, filing and organization of clinical records, etc. When the Resident Care Director is absent, the Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for supervising and delivering resident care services in compliance with Calyx's policies and state regulations.
Qualifications- Passion to work with the senior population.
- Minimum criteria to perform as a Supervisor in Charge in the State of North Carolina.
- Licensed Medication Technician.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience scheduling staff and coordinating resident care communication.
- Comfortable with using scheduling applications on the computer and mobile devices.
