Job Title: Linen Lead
Job Summary: The Linen Lead oversees daily linen processing operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. This role involves coordinating staff, managing inventory, and ensuring ready-to-rent linens are staged for delivery.
Responsibilities- Staff Coordination: Direct and support linen processing staff in daily activities.
- Quality Control: Inspect and ensure linens meet quality standards before staging.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage and maintain accurate linen inventory records.
- Leadership: Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- Staging Preparation: Ensure linens are staged correctly for timely delivery.
- Experience: Fully proficient in linen processing with the ability to lead and train others.

Knowledge of laundry operations and inventory management systems. - Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting and handling heavy items.
This position involves working in a laundry facility or staging area, with frequent interaction with team members.
