Job Title: Linen Lead

Job Summary: The Linen Lead oversees daily linen processing operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. This role involves coordinating staff, managing inventory, and ensuring ready-to-rent linens are staged for delivery.

• Staff Coordination: Direct and support linen processing staff in daily activities.
• Quality Control: Inspect and ensure linens meet quality standards before staging.
• Inventory Oversight: Manage and maintain accurate linen inventory records.
• Leadership: Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Staging Preparation: Ensure linens are staged correctly for timely delivery.

• Experience: Fully proficient in linen processing with the ability to lead and train others.
