Guest Attendant

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Guest Attendant. This highly visible customer service role will have you as the face of the property and the first point of contact for our guests.

About the Role

Bring your energy to front‑office operations, ensuring smooth check‑ins and check‑outs, handling reservations, and delivering outstanding guest service. Primary Duties
  • Front Office Operations:
    Manage reservations, renewals, check‑ins, and check‑outs; review and approve front‑office paperwork and reports.
  • Guest Services:
    Meet guests’ needs, conduct property tours, close sales, and fulfill special requests such as linen exchanges.
  • Laundry Duties:
    Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; maintain clean, organized laundry area.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance:
    Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, and keep supplies stocked.
  • Sales & Marketing:
    Assist with in‑house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.
  • Emergency Procedures:
    Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proactive problem‑solving mindset.
Physical Requirements
  • Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
