Use technology and workplace systems to track requests, communicate updates, and support daily operations
Build strong relationships with employees, visitors, vendors, and service partners
3–5 years of hospitality, workplace experience, facilities, property management, operations, or related experience
A true hospitality mindset and passion for exceptional customer service
Go-getter mentality—you take initiative and get things done
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, devices, and applications
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, One Note, and Outlook
Excellent communication and professional presence

This is more than a front-desk position.
You are the face of the program. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how people experience the workplace every day while working closely with clients, facilities, service partners, and employees.
If you’re someone who loves hospitality, technology, people, and making things happen , we want to meet you!
