HR Partner
- Serves as primary HR contact for assigned departments, answering questions, communicating and providing guidance on all available Human Resources programs, processes, and policies; assists in researching, developing, and implementing new programs that may be needed for assigned departments.
- Establishes relationships and collaborates with department directors and other key employees, offering guidance on HR-related issues and delivering strategic, value-added services to support business and department goals.
- Serves as a resource and advisor for various HR processes such as position reclassification requests, job requisitions, hiring process and new hire processes, performance management, and pay policies and practices.
- Visits departments in person on a regular basis to build relationships, enhance visibility and accessibility of the HR team, and provide assistance, answer questions, meet with employees, attend department staff meetings and other functions, etc.
