Commitment incentive
: $15,000 (The amount offered is based on the department and years of commitment. Three (3) year commitments are paid in equal installments to the teammate after their twelve (12) months, twenty-four (24) months, and thirty-six (36) months' work-through dates.

Summary:

Assess and document patient status and formulate an education plan for infusion patients in a skilled nursing facility.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BSN) from an accredited School of Nursing preferred.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Must have NC RN Licensure.
• RN NC LIC;
  
  BCLS

Professional Experience Requirements:

• Prefer one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility.

  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret clinical information and technical procedures. Ability to document clinical information. Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from patients, physicians, family members, and other Rex staff.
