Peak Rehabilitation Hospital in Apex, NC, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You will administer meds, assist RN with assessments, support rehabilitation nursing interventions, and educate patients and families to support recovery in an acute inpatient setting.
Applicants must hold an active LPN license, graduate of an accredited program, CPR/BLS, IV certification preferred, and have six months of Medical/Surgical experience.
