⭐ No Nights or Weekends We value your time. You’ll work Monday–Friday, no emergency calls.

• Perform service calls to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential electrical systems
• Install, maintain, and replace fixtures, fans, EV chargers, and panels
• Run new circuits and perform system upgrades as needed
• Provide customers with clear explanations of work performed and recommendations
• Use Service Titan to manage estimates, invoices, and notes
• Maintain your company van and tools with care and professionalism
• Deliver a 5-star experience to every customer, every time

• Have 4+ years of residential electrical experience
• Are comfortable troubleshooting and solving problems independently
• Take pride in neat, efficient, and code-compliant work
• Enjoy connecting with homeowners and building trust
• Value teamwork, integrity, and growth
• Are familiar with Service Titan (or open to learning quickly)

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid NC driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing electrical work safely

• Annual earnings between $50,000-$120,000+ based on skill and performance
• Quarterly performance bonuses
• Profit-sharing and advancement opportunities into leadership roles (Service Manager, Install Manager, General Manager)
