MV Transportation is seeking a talented and experienced Mechanic to become part of our dedicated team. This position offers stable hours, reliable pay, and the potential for career growth within a thriving environment.

As a Mechanic, you will perform essential functions such as preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for various vehicle systems including steering, suspension, brakes, engines, transmissions, differentials, electrical components, wheelchair lifts, and air conditioning. We are looking for individuals who prioritize safety, are detail-oriented, and can effectively analyze parts for potential damage while assisting with inventory control as needed.

  Full-time, 40 hours a week, with optional overtime available

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems such as engines, brakes, steering, A/C, electrical systems, and wheelchair lifts
• Completing both major and minor repairs efficiently and safely
• Documenting all work performed in the fleet management system
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• ASE Certification: Highly preferred
• CDL/Commercial Driver's License: Required

  Experience:
  
  Proven experience as a mechanic - this is not an entry-level position
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and detail
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to excellence in your work
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug testing
