Varsity Womens Soccer Assistant Coach

Thales Academy is a private school dedicated to developing classical thinkers. Thales Academy Athletics competes at the state level in the NCISAA and is a member of the Raleigh Area Athletic Conference.

We are seeking qualified coaching candidates to assist our Varsity Women's Soccer Team, a Spring sport running from mid-February to mid-May.

• Conduct tryouts for the team
• Create plans for practices and games
• Manage game decisions, playing time, and feedback from players and parents
• Consistently communicate with the Athletic Director, players, and parents
• Provide instruction and development skills to students in relation to the assigned sport
• Contribute to the education program and promote the growth of student-athletes to ensure competitiveness

All coaches receive a stipend at the end of the season.

• New Varsity Assistant Coach: $650
• Returning Varsity Head Coach: $900

This is a part‑time, non‑contract position and does not include any benefits package.
