Position SummaryThis is a new warehouse, and the tentative opening date is January 2025.

The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday 7:00 am‑3:30 pm or until all work is complete. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs, and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Competitive pay starting at $19/hr!
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/ agricultural tires.
- Work safely at heights of up to 25 feet on stock racks while operating equipment.
- Remain standing for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Adhere to safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments such as e‑comm, inventory, and will call as business needs dictate.
- Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles for 10‑20 deliveries per day.
- Maintain accurate driver and fuel logs and other required records.
- Make on‑time deliveries in all weather conditions.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on the vehicle.
- Operate handheld device to fulfill deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Collect payments from customers upon delivery.

Physical demands: employee must be capable of visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely; frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert up to 40 pounds pushing force. Handling of commercial tires involves team lifts or mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL. Work may expose employee to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications- Must be 21 years or older.
- 1 year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck or semi) and satisfactory completion of company road test.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Trained and able to use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts; pass forklift certification test.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC).
- Have valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
