Position SummaryThis is a new warehouse, and the tentative opening date is January 2025. U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday with core hours to be established between 6:00am-5:00pm, or until all deliveries are completed. Start times vary. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs, and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles on various routes while making 10-20 deliveries per day.
- Complete and maintain accurate records and logs including driver logs, fuel purchase logs, and other records as required by company policy and law.
- Make on-time deliveries at customers’ locations while ensuring safety and punctuality in all weather conditions.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on the vehicle for the day.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use mechanical equipment or team lifts for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and occasionally operate equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, order pickers) when needed.
- Work approximately 8‑12 hours per day.
- Operate a handheld device, provided, and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Collect payments from customers upon delivery.
- Perform other job‑related tasks as directed by supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Employees must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 80 pounds are required. Exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds may also be necessary. Additional protective equipment (steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL) is required.
Employees may be exposed to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
- Must be 21 years or older (mandatory company policy).
- One year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck, or semi) and satisfactory completion of a company road test.
- Trained and able to safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts as required.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record in compliance with our driver policy.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds for barrels and industrial tires.
