Base pay range$73,000.00/yr - $/yr

Responsibilities include maintenance and complex repairs across the full lineup of Ford vehicles, from compact cars to Super Duty trucks. Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of Ford fleet vehicles—both gas and diesel, across all classes and sizes
Review work orders and vehicle performance concerns to develop accurate repair plans
Inspect and test systems including engines, drive-trains, brakes, suspensions, cooling, and electrical systems across various vehicle types
Ensure thorough checks are completed using OEM guidelines and dealership protocols
Road-test vehicles to confirm successful repairs and safety compliance
Handle warranty parts and documentation in accordance with Ford Motor Company requirements
Stay current with manufacturer technical bulletins, updates, and training
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction
Accurately complete all job documentation including labor time, parts usage, and diagnostic summaries
Maintain a clean, organized work environment
Treat customer vehicles with care and return them in clean condition
Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ford Certification Required
At least 2+ years of Fleet or Dealership experience
Experience working on gas-powered engines and heavy line repairs across multiple vehicle platforms
ASE Certification preferred
CDL preferred
Familiarity with Ford factory systems, procedures, and diagnostic tools (IDS, FDRS, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow factory specifications
Self-starter with excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must supply personal tools appropriate for the role
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
