We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with various merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).

The position offers hourly pay plus commission, with potential earnings up to 8% of transaction gross profit, averaging an additional $4.60/hour.

• Greet and interact positively with customers.
• Perform open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Process sales and loan transactions in compliance with policies.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Complete required training and other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team environment.
• Proficient in basic math and cash handling (preferred).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
