Appingedam Flat 5 zoekt een betrokken Begeleider MVG die cliënten ondersteunt volgens het zorgplan en samen met collega’s zorgt voor een gestructureerde, betekenisvolle dag. Je werkt zowel op woonlocatie als tijdens dagbesteding en signaleert onrust bij cliënten om tijdig te reageren.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor rapportages, bijeenkomsten en het bieden van veiligheid en warmte in uitdagende momenten. Een VOG is vereist; diploma mbo-4 in zorg is verplicht; onregelmatige uren zijn geen bezwaar.
