Cadanz Welzijn zoekt een algemeen maatschappelijk werker om inwoners in Delfzijl en Appingedam te ondersteunen bij complexe vraagstukken. Je werkt samen met circa 80 collega’s vanuit diverse werkgebieden om welzijn en zelfredzaamheid te versterken.
De functie is parttime (22 uur per week) en biedt reiskostenvergoeding, een thuiswerkvergoeding en salariëring conform CAO Sociaal Werk in schaal 8, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring. Gesprekken staan gepland op dinsdag in oktober.
