Point Quest Group is seeking Part-Time Behavioral Aides for the 2026/2027 school year in the Apple Valley area. Work Mon–Fri during school hours (approx. 6.5-hour shifts) to support K-12 students with special needs using ABA and IEP/BIP practices.
You will provide one-on-one instructional support, monitor student progress, and communicate with teachers and staff to ensure safety and effective learning. Benefits include paid training, sick leave, and a 401K; no nights or weekends.
