The Leaf Wing Center is currently hiring to work as a Behavior Technician in Special Education, helping children diagnosed with Autism. We provide training to work as a behavior technician.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay Range: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Assists children with Developmental Disabilities, more specifically children diagnosed with Autism, using Applied Behavior Analysis
- The Behavior Technician provides 1:1, in-home, in-school behavioral treatment to preschool through high school-aged children.
- Work hours/days are flexible and position hours are defined as on a "work as needed" basis but with a set schedule.
- Work locations: school, clinic, client home, remote
- Behavior Technicians travel to wherever treatment is provided;
Leaf Wing Center pays for drive time and mileage while working between clients.
- Must be patient, excellent with children, possess good social skills, be tolerant and empathetic towards people, and have a natural desire to help children with special needs.
- Must have a clean driving and criminal record.

- All staff are given PPE and follow the CDE and county health recommendations. All clients follow CDE and county health recommendations.
