• Perform physical exams, patient observations, and health assessments.
• Record and update medical histories, symptoms, and treatment progress.
• Create, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate follow-up care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on wellness, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards.

• Active California Registered Nurse License (unrestricted, current, and maintained throughout employment).
• Current California Nurse Practitioner License and Furnishing License.
• AANP Certification required.
• DEA Registration (current and maintained).
• American Heart Association
  
  Certifications:
  
  BLS and ACLS required; PALS as applicable.
• Minimum one (1) year of recent experience in a comparable healthcare setting.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance if travel between locations is required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, infection control, and clinical best practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
