Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
Total Life is seeking nurse practitioners to lead longevity days in Inland Empire senior living communities. You will deliver 45–60 minute visits based on a comprehensive geriatric assessment, review medications, and address mood, sleep, nutrition, mobility and cognitive health.
You’ll train under a geriatrician and travel between sites. The role requires CA NP certification, RN license, DEA and CURES registrations, and ability to work weekdays in person.
