American Traveler is hiring an Emergency Department RN for an acute care hospital, requiring a CA RN license, Epic experience, and ACLS/BLS/NIH/PALS certifications.

• Emergency Department setting in a 212-bed acute care hospital
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Evening shift, 3x12 hours (3:00 PM-3:30 AM)
• Weekend coverage every other weekend, with potential for additional weekends based on unit needs
• No call or floating required for this role
• Navy blue scrubs required for RNs
• Epic EMR used for charting
• Free parking available

• Active CA RN license required
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIH, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year of ER experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Pending licenses not accepted

• Must be open to working 3 of 5 major holidays
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• RTO must be submitted at time of application
• Facility may call off shifts once per two-week pay period
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Local candidates may be considered within a 50-mile radius
