Responsible for a variety of tasks related to the cart fleet, cart barn, driving range, and golf shop.

• Set up golf cart fleet and driving range areas before guests arrive, ensuring all areas are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Greet arriving guests, answer questions, and provide directions.
• Set up the driving range and maintain its functionality at all times.
• Perform daily golf cart procedures: stage, clean, charge, maintain, and secure the electric cart fleet.
• Maintain a clean and well‑organized clubhouse area.
• Communicate constantly with the Starter and Player Assistants.
• Thank departing guests, answer any final questions, and give directions.
• Keep all areas clean and well‑organized.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and secure the owner’s assets.
• Perform other duties as requested by WGP Corporate, Operations Manager, Starter, or Greeter.

• One year of prior work experience; golf course experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Exceptional grooming habits; maintain a clean and complete uniform as designated by Management.
• Required to be available for work on all major holidays.
• Must regularly lift and move up to 65 pounds.

• Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, grasping.
• Stand for long periods, often outdoors and exposed to moving mechanical parts, varying weather conditions, and moderate to loud noise levels.
• Frequently required to stoop, bend, crouch, and squat; climb in and out of golf carts; twist at the neck and waist; reach above and below shoulder level; push and pull when retrieving, storing, and moving golf bags.
• Use dominant hand and fingers to feel, grasp, push, pull, and manipulate details on carts and clubs; use two‑way radios.
