Are you an experienced Physical Therapist or Clinical Director ready to build something meaningful from the ground up
—not just manage an existing clinic? At FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Apple Valley
, we are preparing to launch a brand-new clinic, and we’re seeking a clinician‑leader who wants to partner closely with ownership to build the business, clinical culture, and patient experience hand in hand.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the vision, standards, and identity of a clinic from day one
—while still delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

• Highly competitive salary: $104,000–$124,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Student Loan Repayment Program
• Predictable schedule:
  Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• In‑house continuing education and specialty training
• Low‑volume, high‑quality care model
• Direct collaboration with ownership in building clinic operations and culture
• Medical and Dental coverage

This role blends hands‑on patient care with clinical leadership and clinic development. You will play a key role in launching the clinic, establishing best practices, and creating a positive, high‑performing environment as the practice grows.

• Emphasis on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence
• Flexible start date aligned with clinic launch

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence‑based orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular care (pelvic health interest welcome but not required)
• Partner with ownership to build clinic workflows, culture, and standards
• Lead by example in clinical quality, professionalism, and patient engagement
• Mentor future team members as the clinic grows
• Contribute to marketing, community outreach, and referral relationship development
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and long‑term clinic growth

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license‑eligible) in Minnesota
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred (leadership or startup experience a plus)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and lead, not just treat
• Passionate about patient‑centered care and team culture
• Comfortable collaborating closely with ownership
• Motivated to help establish a thriving, sustainable clinic from the ground up
