We're hiring General Managers to lead our corporate stores and help us build a culture of success and community. Key Responsibilities- Manage all daily operations and ensure brand standards are met
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver great service
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety to company standards
- Control inventory, manage budgets, and monitor financial performance
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff
- Work directly with the team during busy shifts
- Create local store marketing opportunities to grow sales
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant or food service management (QSR or fast casual preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
- High personal integrity and strong work ethic
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive results
