The General Manager oversees all day-to-day operations of an Erbert & Gerbert's Sandwich Shop. This includes leading and developing the team, ensuring consistent brand execution, and managing the store's financial performance. You'll play an active role in driving sales, delivering excellent guest experiences, and creating an environment where your team can thrive.

• Manage all daily operations and ensure brand standards are met
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver great service
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety to company standards
• Control inventory, manage budgets, and monitor financial performance
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff
• Work directly with the team during busy shifts
• Create local store marketing opportunities to grow sales

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant or food service management (QSR or fast casual preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• High personal integrity and strong work ethic
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive results
