About the Role:

As a Host in the accommodation and food services industry, you will be the first point of contact for guests, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience. Your primary objective is to manage guest seating efficiently, ensuring smooth flow and minimal wait times while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. You will coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to optimize table turnover and accommodate special requests or reservations.

Additionally, you will handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating‑related issues promptly to uphold high customer satisfaction standards. Your role is vital in setting the tone for the overall guest experience, contributing directly to the establishment's xuống réputation and success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with Initial guests and team members.
  • Basic computer skills for managing reservations and seating charts.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
  • Seat guests at tables and provide menus.
  • Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
  • Take reservations and manage waitlists.
  • Assist servers with clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand area.
