Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Position Summary
:
Sam’s Club invites you to become part of our freezer, cooler, and deli team. Your role will keep shelves stocked, maintain temperature control, and provide front‑line customer service that turns a good shopping experience into a great one.

Base Pay Range
: $18.00/hr – $25.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Stocking and restocking shelves while ensuring product quality, expiration dates, and temperature accuracy.
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready store environment.
  • Operating equipment and following food‑handling and cold‑chain procedures.
  • Assisting members with locating merchandise, answering questions, and providing deli service.
  • Performing safety duties, including equipment spotting, hazard reporting, and compliance with forklift and hazardous‑material guidelines.
  • Managing inventory reduce shrinkage by identifying damaged goods, handling returns, and completing required audits and documentation.
  • Adapting quickly to changing environments, troubleshooting issues, and offering innovative solutions to obstacles.
  • Promoting company products and services while prioritizing member satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience or passion for stocking, inventory control, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Completion of all required training and assessments within the prescribed time frame.
