to support affordable and market-rate apartment communities by performing daily and preventative maintenance across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities- Complete maintenance work orders and ensure timely, quality repairs.
- Prepare vacant units for move-in, including troubleshooting and general repairs.
- Respond to resident maintenance needs and emergency service requests.
- Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other facility components.
- Follow safety procedures and adhere to applicable building codes and standards.
- Hands-on experience with apartment or residential maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple building systems.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and resident-focused service.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with on-site teams.
